The APLH (Award for Personal License Holders ) This is a one day course which is particularly useful for managers, assistant managers and supervisors or staff within a position of authority. Anyone working in a job role that requires them to authorise retail sales of alcohol in England and Wales must complete the APLH course in order to apply for their personal licence.
Alcohol Awareness & Responsible Alcohol Retailing. This course is a half day course and is designed to give all those involved in alcohol sales a basic knowledge of licensing law, how alcohol affects the body and what constitutes responsible alcohol sales

Emergency First aid at Work ( EFAW) This is designed as a 1 day course to provide basic first aid in emergency situations. The training workshop will cover, treatment of a conscious or unconscious casualty,resuscitation, shock,choking seizures and more.
Level 1 food safety courses are run as half-day courses, suitable for a variety of candidates, including new employees with minimal or no prior food safety knowledge, employees handling low-risk or wrapped food or those who work kitchen porters or warehouse staff
